Every year, billions of naira in CSR and grant funding goes undeployed because companies can't verify the NGOs they want to work with. We're fixing the information gap, one verified profile at a time.
The Problem
Trust was the bottleneck no one wanted to talk about.
Corporate CSR officers told us the same story — they had budget, they had intent, but they couldn't find NGOs that could show them a CAC certificate, a filed annual return, and a single credible impact report all in one place.
Meanwhile, credible NGOs with real programmes were losing funding to better-connected organisations that had nothing more than a well-designed website. Legitimacy was invisible. We decided to make it legible.

2023
Founded in Lagos after the founder's third failed attempt to vet a local NGO for a ₦15M CSR grant.
Q1 2024
Launched closed beta with 12 NGOs. First verification framework approved by a Lagos-based law firm.
Q3 2024
Onboarded first corporate partner. First access request granted through the platform.
Q1 2025
Compliance module launched. Outreach report scoring system goes live.

Former CSR officer at a Lagos Tier-1 bank. Spent 6 years trying to find credible NGO partners with verifiable data. Decided to build the infrastructure that didn't exist.
Chioma Okafor
Head of Verification
Certified accountant and compliance specialist. Designed the 5-section verification framework and oversees every document review on the platform.
Emeka Nwosu
Engineering Lead
Full-stack engineer with a background in fintech infrastructure. Built the scoring engine, document pipeline, and public profile system.
